iWay Service Manager (iSM) offers a collection of commands to assist you when you are running the server and helps you to isolate problems during run time processing. This appendix lists and describes the available commands. iSM console commands are case-insensitive, although names (for example, a channel name to be displayed) are case sensitive.

Depending upon security considerations, iSM console commands are available from the main console, or from a remote Telnet console communicating with the remote management channel.
