Database Monitor/Govern Maintenance

The Database Monitor/Govern Maintenance option provides information about the monitored databases and allows you to change the monitor status, associate a rule file with a monitored database and turn on or off governing. You can associate a rule file that contains data rules for that database, or a rule file that contains only Custom rules, which is therefore database independent and can be assigned to any database.
