The following are known issues when using Dashboard:

• As of Version 7 Release 7.02, a Standard Report originating from a Reporting Object will display as a Reporting Object in a List Block. Right-click to display all Reporting Object menu options. However, it will display as a Standard Report in other block types.
• Maximizing an Output block with a URL report yields a script error and does not maximize. However, you are able to maximize a Launch block with a URL report.
• When you access items in the Domain Tree, such as running a report or clicking a link, the selected items do not change from the (unselected) Link Color to the Visited Link Color that was set in View Builder.
• List Block and Folder Block items, such as reports and links, display in the Visited Link Color by default instead of the (unselected) Link Color that was set in View Builder.
• When a user selects the Maximize option from the Dashboard Personalize block, duplicate reports are shown in that window.

  The alternative for not showing duplicate reports in a maximized window is to modify the bid-config.xml file located in the \ibi\WebFOCUS77\worp\conf directory. Change the default value of reloadCurrentLocation from false to true as shown below:

  However, if any changes have been made to an active report, the maximize option will not reflect those changes in a maximized window.

• If you are using Report Assistant or Graph Assistant and refresh the Domain Tree, the Report or Graph Assistant window will close.
• When a user clicks a graph element to drill down, if the graph was created without using Server Side Graphics, the drill-down report may take over the browser session. If this occurs, click the Back button on your browser to return to Dashboard.
• A user can erroneously give more than one domain item the same name when changing the name of a domain item in the Properties window or when saving a report as a My Report.
• If a toolbox item is updated after the tool has been added to the toolbar on a view, the toolbar on the view is not updated with the new link.

As of Version 7 Release 7, in Dashboard, the Stop Requests and Message Lookup display as configurable links in the View Builder Edit Settings User Links section. Configuration of these links is not functional and does not affect Personal Views.

When using Dashboard Change Management, when you import views, the order of the views shown in the View Builder Public Views and Group Views pages may not be displayed in the same order as on the source system.

The following are known Web browser issues when using Dashboard:

• The Schedule tool that opens from Dashboard is not resizable in Internet Explorer. It is resizable in a Firefox browser.
• In Internet Explorer 9.0, a debugger script error displays after clicking the Edit block icon or selecting Personalize, then Content for an output block or an InfoMini Launch report. Click OK to proceed, or disable the debugger while using Business Intelligence Dashboard.
