EDA13047 SYNAD EXIT CALLED FOR ID=%1 RC=X'%2' ACTION IS %3

The VTAM session with the terminal specified has notified the server of a hardware problem. This problem may be due to a temporary VTAM outage, powering off of a terminal, or a similar transient problem. Usually no serious error is indicated.

EDA13048 ABEND SXXX UXXXX REASON=XXXXXXXX DETECTED

EDA13049 TIME OUT ID: %3 SERVICE: %1 TCB: %2 %4

The TIMEOUT wait period was exceeded for the given session. The userid, service name, TCB address, and connection information for the timed out session is given.

EDA13051 RACSP MAY SPECIFY ONLY SUBPOOL 230 OR 255

You specified an invalid subpool to use for the server's RACROUTE requests. Specify RACSP=230 or RACSP=255 only. The server supports only these two subpools.

EDA13052 IBISNAP CREATED AND SPOOLED TO SYSOUT

The server formatted and printed a short SNAP file to a dynamically allocated DD card IBISNAP. Save the information from the JES output queue and keep it for debugging purposes.

EDA13053 EXTSEC= WAS NOT SPECIFIED. IT IS A REQUIRED PARAMETER.

The server configuration file must have an EXTSEC statement. Accepted values are ON, YES, OFF, NO. It controls whether calls are to made to an external security product using the MVS SAF interface. There is no longer a default value for this keyword.

EDA13054 *IBISNAP UTILITY STOPPED AT OFFSET %1

While processing an abend, IBISNAP itself encountered an abend. Record this message for debugging purposes. The IBISNAP file created will not be complete.

EDA13065 STORAGE AVAILABLE: BELOW: %1K ABOVE: %2K

Informational message. The LIMIT and ELIM values from the previous message are displayed in decimal.

EDA13066 SUBPOOL ZERO IS UNIQUE IN EACH SERVER TASK

Default behavior. MVS typically shares subpool zero between all tasks in a jobstep; because some products may fail to clean up all such storage obtained, the subpool cannot be shared. This means VSAM allocations also should not be shared.

EDA13067 SUBPOOL ZERO IS SHARED BETWEEN SERVER TASKS

The configuration file requests that subpool zero be shared between tasks. This allows VSAM allocations to be shared by multiple tasks, for example. This also means other products may fail to clean up shared storage when a subtask ends.

EDA13379 MONITORING REPORT MISSED FOR JOB %1 (%2)

Due to slow response, a prior monitoring report request was not finished before the next (current) one was to be scheduled. The newer monitoring request is not scheduled. The software will wait one MRM_INTERVAL and try to schedule another monitoring report.

EDA13380 %1: MAX_USED %2K OUT_OF %3K USED=%4%

For either ABOVE or BELOW the line, this message details the maximum ("high-water") storage, the REGION, and the percent of REGION storage that the "high-water" mark represents.

EDA13381 MAX_CPU=%1% MAX_EXCPS/SEC=%2 (PER MRM_INTERVAL)

The maximum CPU usage and maximum EXCPs per second in any MRM_INTERVAL are listed. Please note that the maximums did not necessarily occur in the same MRM_INTERVAL.

EDA13382 SERVER WAS ACTIVE FOR %1 DAY(S), %2 HOUR(S) AND %3 MINUTE(S)

The above message indicates how long the server was active. The time in the message will be slightly less then the time reported by MVS because the server has not yet terminated when the message is issued.

EDA13383 CPU_T=%1 CPU%=%2 EXCP_T=%3 EXCP/S=%4

For the current monitoring interval, this message lists the total (cumulative) CPU usage (in seconds), the CPU usage as a percent, the total (cumulative) EXCP usage, and the EXCPs per second.

EDA13384 LU2_NAME=%1 ACTIVE_USERS=%2 APPLGROUP=%3

This message lists the VTAM applid for LU2, the number of users that were active at the end of the monitoring interval, and the APPLGROUP for load balancing. If no APPLGROUP was specified, the value is listed as "* N/A *"

EDA13385 USERS FAILED: BAD_PSWD=%1 BAD_ACCT=%2 NO_STORAGE=%3

The number of users that failed logon is listed for: bad password, bad account number, and insufficient main storage.

EDA13386 STATISTICS FOR LOGON ID=%1 LOGON: %2 %3

The following statistics are for the above ID. The LOGON time and date are also given.
