EDA11206 ERROR IN ACCESS FILE DESCRIPTION:

EDA11207 ERROR IN THE QUERY:

EDA11208 ERROR CREATING SYNONYM FOR OLAP CUBE:

EDA11209 - EDA11220 unused

EDA11221 INTERFACE NOT INSTALLED %1

EDA11222 ILLEGAL USE OF DEFINE FIELD AS VERB OBJECT OR IN TEST %1

Define fields referencing Measures can be used only for PRINT.

EDA11223 ATTEMPT OF GROUPING BY A MEASURE %1

Group or Sort by Measures fields and/or Defines referencing Measures would force the Interface to read raw data.

EDA11224 VERB OBJECT IS NOT ONE OF THE "MEASURES" FIELDS %1

Only PRINT, MAX, MIN, FST and LST can be used for non-measure field and DEFINEs that reference them.

EDA11225 VERB %1 DOES NOT MATCH THE MEASURE %2 AGGREGATOR %3

The query aggregation verb has to match the aggregator for the measure.

EDA11226 "DISTINCT VERB" IN THE REQUEST

Use of aggregation on distinct values is not allowed.

EDA11227 PARTIAL AGGREGATION CANNOT BE DONE FOR THE VERB %1

This applies to AVR and/or CNT DST under the following conditions:
- The verb doesn't belong to the outermost verb/key set.
- "IN GROUPS OF"
- Reference to levels below those covered by BY keys.

EDA11228 "COUNT ENTRIES" AND "COUNT *" NOT SUPPORTED

EDA11229 MDX SEGMENT DESCRIPTION CONTAINS NO HIERARCHIES

EDA11230 FIELD REFERENCED BY "WITHIN=" KWD NOT FOUND %1

EDA11231 EACH "WITHIN=" KEYWORD MUST REFERENCE A DIFFERENT FIELD

EDA11232 CYCLICAL HIERARCHY %1

EDA11233 MORE THAN ONE HIERARCHY WITH THE SAME NAME %1

EDA11234 THE TOP OF HIERARCHY DOES NOT REFERENCE HIERARCHY NAME %1

EDA11235 UNSUPPORTED DATATYPE %1

EDA11236 NOT ENOUGH VIRTUAL MEMORY

EDA11237 MDX SEGMENT MUST BE THE ONLY SEGMENT IN FILE %1

EDA11238 USAGE-ACTUAL TYPE MISMATCH FOR FIELD %1 (%2 / %3)

EDA11239 MDX LEVELS IN MFD MUST FOLLOW THEIR HIERARCHICAL ORDER %1

The field describing hierarchy levels must be positioned in hierarchical order from top to bottom. Fields that do not have within attributes describe level properties (and must follow the corresponding level) or measures (and must follow all hierarchy descriptions).

EDA11240 DATA CONVERSION ERROR FOR ITEM # %1

An error occurred when converting data into EDA internal format. The corresponding field has to be enlarged to fit the value coming from the cube.

EDA11241 NON-AGGREGATABLE VERB FUNCTION %1

The request contains an aggregation verb that does not have an MDX equivalent.

EDA11242 ERROR IN WITHIN CLAUSE %1

EDA11243 PRINT VERB SHOULD NOT BE USED ON MEASURE %1 WITH AGGREGATOR %2

PRINT operator should not be used on fields that correspond to measures with aggregators SUM, COUNT, MAX, MIN or AVERAGE. Use of PRINT is reserved for measures with other aggregators and/or dimension levels or dimension properties. Use SUM, COUNT, MAX, MIN or AVE verbs.

EDA11244 CUBE %1 DOES NOT EXIST IN CATALOG %2 ON SERVER %3

EDA11245 MASTER FILE CONTAINS NO MEASURE FIELDS

EDA11246 MDX LEVELS IN MFD MUST FOLLOW THEIR HIERARCHICAL ORDER %

Fields describing hierarchy levels must be positioned in hierarchical order from top to bottom. Fields that do not have within attributes describe variables (beginning of MFD), measures (just after variables, if any) or dimension properties (following corresponding dimension hierarchies).

EDA11247 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION %1 APPEARS BEFORE ALL LEVELS

All MFD fields describing member properties must follow the corresponding MFD field that describes their level (containing WITHIN= keyword).

EDA11248 ONLY ONE HIERARCHY ON A DIMENSION CAN BE REFERENCED %1

The dimension name is displayed.

EDA11249 HIERARCHY %1 DOES NOT BELONG TO THE CUBE %2

EDA11250 I/O ERROR READING ACCESS FILE %1 %2

EDA11259 I/O ERROR WRITING MASTER FILE %1

EDA11260 UNABLE TO OPEN CUBE %1, PROBABLY WRONG CUBE NAME

EDA11261 SYNONYM %1 ALREADY EXIST; USE DROP SYNONYM TO DELETE IT

EDA11262 UNRECOGNIZED TYPE OF HIERARCHY

One of the hierarchies for a given cube has an unrecognized value of the "hierarchy type" field of the hierarchy rowset.

EDA11263 INCORRECT PROPERTY NAME %1

The alias for the property field should correspond to one of the properties on the given level in the cube mentioned.

EDA11264 IF/WHERE TEST SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED TO MEASURE %1

IF and/or WHERE tests should not be used on measures. Since measures contain aggregated data, use IF TOTAL or WHERE TOTAL tests instead.

EDA11265 A DEFINE OR WHERE TEST %1 SHOULD NOT REFERENCE MEASURE %2

Defines and WHERE predicates should not reference measures. Since measures contain aggregated data, use COMPUTE or WHERE TOTAL instead.

EDA11266 MISSING PROPERTY= ATTRIBUTE FOR FIELD %

All the UDA and/or Parent/Child Property fields must have a PROPERTY= attribute. Run CREATE SYNONYM.

EDA11267 Invalid type <%1> of record RAGGED

The legal types for RAGGED records are: LEVEL or HIERARCHY_TOP. Children of members of one of the levels on this hierarchy belong to the levles BOTH above AND below the lowest acdtive level. This type of request is not supported in this release.

EDA11268 Missing or invalid name <%1> in record RAGGED

The record RAGGED must have a valid value following the NAME keyword: for RAGGED=HIERARCHY_TOP, it should be *<hierarchy name>, and for RAGGED=LEVEL it should be a valid name for the LEVEL field.

EDA11269 Missing LOWEST_DSCL name in record RAGGED for %1

The RAGGED record in AFD contains a LOWEST_DSCL predicate followed by a blank, or contains no LOWEST_DSCL predicate for the RAGGED=HIERARCHY_TOP record.

EDA11270 Incorrect usage of ABSENT_CHILD predicate for %1

The ABSENT_CHILD predicate may be used only for RAGGED=LEVEL records. The legal values for ABSENT_CHILD are YES or NO.

EDA11271 INCORRECT CATALOG OR SCHEMA NAME IN AFD %1 %2

The catalog or schema in AFD is either empty or too long.

EDA11272 INVALID LOWEST_DSCL NAME %1 IN RECORD RAGGED FOR %2

The LOWEST_DSCL should reference a valid level name within the given hierarchy. For RAGGED=LEVEL records, the LOWEST_DSCL must be located below the level referenced in the NAME predicate of this record.

EDA11273 MISSING OR INCORRECT CSTM_ROLLUP TYPE %1

The CSTM_ROLLUP record of AFD must contain a ROLLUP_TYPE= phrase followed by an ADDITIVE or NON-ADDITIVE value. Run CREATE SYNONYM to fix the problem. Do not attempt to modify the resulting AFD.

EDA11274 MISSING OR INCORRECT LEVEL NAME %1 IN CSTM_ROLLUP

The CSTM_ROLLUP record of AFD must contain a LEVEL_NAME= phrase followed by the name of field of type LEVEL, or a unique hierarchy name from the WITHIN= parameter of the first LEVEL field of the hierarchy in MFD. Run CREATE SYNONYM to fix the problem.

EDA11275 MISSING OR INCORRECT VALUE %1 FOR CSTM_ROLLUP

The CSTM_ROLLUP record of AFD must contain a CSTM_ROLLUP= phrase followed by an ALL_LEVEL or REG_LEVEL value. Run CREATE SYNONYM to fix the problem.

EDA11276 INVALID REFERENCE TO ALL MEMBER FOR HIERARCHY %1

The CSTM_ROLLUP=ALL_LEVEL is valid only for hierarchies with ALL members. Run CREATE SYNONYM to fix the problem.

EDA11277 NON-ADDITIVE CUSTOM ROLLUP

In case of partial aggregation, the only supported type of custom rollup within an inactive hierarchy is an UNARY OPERATOR type, where all the unary operators are additive ( +, -, ~, NULL or blank). All other types of custom rollup could create discrepancies in the resulting report.

EDA11278 CUSTOM ROLLUP WITHIN ZONE OF AGGREGATION

No levels can contain custom rollups. This applies to all levels, starting with the lowest one referenced in the innermost set of sort keys or at the top of the hierarchy, and continuing down to (but not including) the lowest referenced hierarchy level.

EDA11279 CUSTOM ROLLUP ON NON-ADDITIVE VERB

Additive custom rollup on inactive hierarchy is supported only for SUM and/or COUNT verbs. Any other verb may produce an inadequate report.

EDA11280 LEVEL %1 OF HIERARCHY %2 CONTAINS

This error message proceeds to another message indicating the type of error found in report due to custom rollup limitations.

EDA11281 UNSUPPORTED ACTUAL FORMAT OF FIELD %1 FOR %2 VERB

Verbs COUNT and COUNT DISTINCT are supported only for INTEGER types. For other MFD types, use the verb WRITE.

EDA11282 IMPROPER LOCATION FOR PROPERTY FIELD

All property fields for a given dimension should follow the lowest level field of the last hierarchy for that dimension

EDA11283 CANNOT REFERENCE PROPERTY %1 FOR NON-KEYED DIMENSION %2

At least one level field should be referenced in the BY clause for each dimension if the property field belonging to that dimension is referenced in a TABLE request.

EDA11284 FIELD %1 IS NOT A VARIABLE

All variable fields must appear in the beginning of the MFD (before any other types of fields). Run the CREATE SYNONYM command.

EDA11285 MANDATORY VARIABLE %1 DOESN'T PRESENT IN MFD.

EDA11286 FIELD %1 IS NOT A MEASURE

All measure fields must appear in the MFD after variables and before any other types of fields. Run the CREATE SYNONYM command.

EDA11287 MULTIFIELD DEFINE %1 REFERENSES VARIABLE %2

Defines that reference (directly or indirectly) a field of type VARIABLE cannot reference (directly or indirectly) any other real field.

EDA11288 IMPROPER USE OF FIELD %1

Field of type VARIABLE, and/or single field defines that reference those fields, cannot be used outside of the IF/WHERE clause of a TABLE request.

EDA11289 NO SCREENING FOR NOT-INITIAL MANDATORY VARIABLE %1

NOT INITIAL MANDATORY variable must be referenced (directly or indirectly) in at least one IF/WHERE clause of a TABLE request.

EDA11290 CONDITION ON MEMBER %1 VARIABLE %2 CANNOT BE PASSED TO BW

The set of the values satisfying the testing criteria for a variable must be an empty set; otherwise it cannot be presented as a single included value for a "value" selection type variable or as a single inclusive interval for an "interval" selection type variable.

EDA11291 CONDITION ON FIELD %1 CANNOT BE PASSED TO BW

Only "is missing" screenings are allowed for measures. Screenings on "Numeric" variables allowed only one per variable and that should be a simple EQ test with one value.

EDA11292 NON-UNIQUE TEST ON HIERARCHY VARIABLE %1

One (and only one) hierarchy is allowed to pass the test on hierarchy variables.

EDA11293 NO SCREENING/DEFAULT VALUE FOR MANDATORY VARIABLE %1

A mandatory variable without default values MUST be referenced in an IF/WHERE test.

EDA11294 UNSUPPORTED REQUEST TO READ VALUES FOR VARIABLES

Supported requests reading possible values for VARIABLE fields are: read possible values for one single HIERARCHY variable; read possible values for one single MEMBER variable; or read possible values for one pair: HIERARCHY + NODE variables.

EDA11295

EDA11296 MISSING "DIMENSION KEY" PROPERTY FOR DIMENSION %1

The property Dimension Key (which must have alias MEMBER_NAME) must be present in the Master File Description as the first property for each dimension. The MFD is old or has been improperly edited; re-create it by executing the CREATE SYNONYM command.

EDA11297 WRONG OR MISSING TOKEN IN %1 COMMAND: %2

The command indicated is invalid, or is not supported for this suffix.

EDA11298 WRONG OR MISSING TOKEN IN %1 SET COMMAND: %2

This setting is not valid for the given suffix.

EDA11299 WRONG OR MISSING VALUE IN %1 SET %2 COMMAND: %3

The specified value is not a valid value for the given SET command.

EDA11301 TOP SEGMENT ( %1 ) OF THE SCHEMA FILE MUST BE REFERENCED

The top segment of the MDSCHEMA file must be referenced. For example:
TABLE FILE MDSCHEMA PRINT CATALOG WHERE DATASOURCE = 'EDASAC06';
or
TABLE FILE MDSCHEMA PRINT DATASOURCE NOPRINT CATALOG

EDA11302 - EDA11303 Reserved for future use.

EDA11304 NO CONNECTION %1 FOUND FOR PING COMMAND

EDA11305 MULTI-DIMENSION REQUEST NO MEASURE

Only one dimension could be referenced in requests that references no measure field.

EDA11306 - EDA11349 Reserved for future use.

EDA11350 CROSSJOIN OPTIMIZATION

This is the status of CROSSJOINOPTIMIZATION setting. When ON, the adapter will optimize MDX query by generating CROSSJOINs preceded by NON EMPTY when needed.

EDA11351 EXCLUSION OF EMPTY CELLS FROM REPORT - %1

This is the current status of EMPTY setting. With EMPTY OFF, empty cells are excluded from the report (if measures are referenced) and dimension data is not shown if no fact data is associated with the dimension member (if measures are not referenced).

EDA11352 NONBLOCK OPTION - %1, POLLING INTERVAL - %2, TIMEOUT - %3

This is the status on NONBLOCK setting. When set to ON, MSOLAP adapter checks the status of query execution as specified by the POLLING INTERVAL and will be repeating it until TIMEOUT is reached.

EDA11353 SLICER OPTIMIZATION -%1

This is the status of the SLICEROPTIMIZATION setting. When ON, the adapter will optimize MDX queries by creating calculated members for sets of members of dimensions referenced only in WHERE or IF clauses and putting the calculated members on the MDZX query slicer axis.

EDA11354 CHECKING OF AGGREGATORS - %1

This is the status of the CHECKAGGREGATION setting. When ON, the adapter will perform checking of TABLE aggregation operators against the cube measure operators to ensure report consistency. When OFF, the checking will not be performed.

EDA11355 FIELDNAMES USED FOR %1 ARE - %2

This is the status of the FIELDNAMES setting. According to this setting, the BW adapter will generate FMD field names for the given multidimensional metadata element from its caption if the setting is FRIENDLY or its name if the setting is TECHNICAL.

EDA11356 FLATTENING MODE IS - %1

This is the status of the FLATTENING_MODE setting. According to this setting, flattening of the multidimensional dataset will be performed by IBI internal routines (which are slower but bug-free) or by SAP-supplied routines.

EDA11357 SIZE OF BLOCKS FOR FETCHING METADATA - %1

SAP recommended fetching large row- and cell sets by portions in order to avoid crashes in SAP server. The BLOCK_SIZE setting sets the size of a portion. Please contact IBI tech support for further information on how to use this option.

EDA11358 MEMBER SAMPLING - %1

This is the status of the MEMBER_SAMPLING setting. Member sampling is normally performed during CREATE SYNONYM to create MFD fields for dimension levels that would precisely fit dimension member captions. Set MEMBER_SAMPLING to OFF to speed up the CREATE SYNONYM process.

EDA11359 SUPPORT OF RESTRICTION ON PROPERTIES VIA SELECTION TABLES - %1

This is the status of PROPERTY_RESTRICTIONS setting. Recommended to set to ON if your SAP BW release and patch level supports specifying restrictions on user-defined properties as selection tables. Please contact SAP support for exact list of releases and patch levels.

EDA11560 CREATION OF MFD FIELDS FOR STRUCTURE DIMENSIONS - %1

This is the status of the STRUCTURE_DIMENSIONS setting. When OFF, CREATE SYNONYM will not create MFD fields for so-called structure dimensions. Since BW exposes the cartesian product of key figures and structures as cube measures, having structure dimensions in MFD is not effective.

EDA11561 OPTIMIZATION OF COMBINED TEST ON LEVELS AND PROPERTIES - %1

This is the status of the TEST_PROPERTY_OR_LEVEL setting. IT is used for optimization of MDX queries when retrieving data from BW cubes. Contact IBI tech support for more information on using this property.

EDA11362 INCLUDE UNASSIGNED - %1

Unassigned members belonging to an active hierarchy are included to the target report if either: this setting is ALL, or this setting is ACTIVE and the lowest level is referenced.

EDA11363 - EDA11400 Reserved for future use.
