The following are known issues with Mobile Web Apps:

• Active Technologies for Mobile Web Apps full-screen Web app view is not available in desktop browsers.
• The totals in a pivot table may appear misaligned when switching BY and ACROSS columns in the pivot table while in full-screen Web app view on mobile devices.
• In full-screen Web app view on mobile devices, rollup and pivot tables created from Rollup menu items are missing. You can view them when you switch the view to the original active report view.

The following are known issues with Advanced Active Charts for Adobe Flash Player:

• Advanced Active Charts for Adobe Flash Player are not supported on Android®-based devices.
• Advanced Active Charts for Adobe Flash Player are not supported in Report Library.

The following are known issues with Advanced Active Charts for HTML:

• Area and Line charts in Advanced Active Charts for HTML are not supported in Internet Explorer 8.
• Scatter and Bubble charts in Advanced Active Charts for HTML may throw a JavaScript error in Internet Explorer.

There is a known issue with Adobe Flash Player in 64-bit browsers. To run active reports for Adobe Flash Player (output format FLEX), please use a 32-bit version of your browser. All commonly used browsers are available in a 32-bit version. The 32-bit version of the Internet Explorer is the default browser on Windows 64-bit systems.

The following are known issues when using IBM Java 1.6:

• IBM Java 1.6 may cause an infinite loop and stack overflow error when a Flex application is compiled. For more information on the causes of this error, see the IBM APAR IZ40900. According to the APAR, the issue is resolved in IBM Java 1.6 SR4. The releases of IBM Java 1.6 later than SR4 may or may not include this fix. For more information, contact IBM.
• JSCOM may fail to start when using IBM Java 1.6 on the WebFOCUS Reporting Server Version 7 Release 7.02. To resolve this issue, make sure that the following is in the load library path:

  JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ppc

z/OS (OS/390) is not supported by Active Technologies for Flash (output format FLEX) or for PDF (output format APDF).

As of Version 7 Release 7.02, iSeries (AS/400) and OpenVMS are fully supported.

Comments for an active report are cleared when used with the active cache feature if you sort output with the Sort Ascending or Sort Descending command.
