This section describes new features for National Language Support (NLS). NLS provides software customization to enhance usability in a country or language. The most important part of NLS is the seamless interpretation of all national characters embedded in any data source. A proprietary NLS API enables Information Builders products to handle sorting, case conversion, and formatting of dates, time, currency, and numbers based on the conventions of a locale. |
