The following section describes how to remove the WebFOCUS Open Portal Services product from the SAP Enterprise Portal Server.

Note: Once the com.ibi.pct.opswfiviews.par file is removed, the administrator must manually delete the IBI:WebFOCUS folder from the Portal Content page in the left pane.

Procedure: How to Remove Applications Using the Archive Remover

Perform the following steps to remove the WebFOCUS Open Portal Services product.

  1. Logon to the SAP Enterprise Portal as an administrator.

    The Portal Content Studio page opens and the Content Administration tab is selected by default.

  2. Click the System Administration tab.

    The following page opens.

  3. Click Support in the menu bar.

    The following page opens.

  4. Click Portal Runtime from the list of top level areas.

    The following page opens.

  5. Click Administration Console from the "Portal Anywhere" Admin Tools list.

    The following page opens.

  6. In the Archive Remover section, select the com.ibi.pct.opswfiviews.par file from the drop-down list.
  7. Click Clean.

    The WebFOCUS Open Portal Services product is removed from the SAP Enterprise Portal Server.

  8. Click the Content Administration tab.
  9. Delete the IBI:WebFOCUS folder in the left pane of the Portal Content page.
