Reference: Error Messages in iWay Explorer

The following table lists and describes errors and corresponding solutions for iWay Explorer.

Error

Solution

Cannot connect to the iWay Application Adapter for Oracle E-Business Suite from iWay Explorer.

Ensure that:

  • Oracle E-Business Suite is running.
  • The Oracle E-Business Suite user ID and password are correct.
  • The port number is correct.

Cannot connect to the Oracle E-Business Suite target through iWay Explorer and a login error appears.

You have provided invalid connection information for Oracle E-Business Suite or the wrong JAR file is in the lib directory. See the iWay Installation and Configuration manual for information on JAR files.

Oracle does not appear in the iWay Explorer Adapter node list.

Ensure that the Oracle JAR files are added to the lib directory. See the iWay Installation and Configuration manual for information on JAR files.
