This section provides a list of customer cases that were resolved in iSM Version 6.1.9, 6.1.8, 6.1.7, 6.1.6, 6.1.5, 6.1.4, 6.1.3, 6.1.2, and 6.1.1. Since Service Packs are cumulative, there is no need to install a prior iSM 6.1.x release before installing iSM 6.1.9. All of the cases listed below are also resolved in the iSM 6.1.10 release and are provided here as a reference.
