To start the Addrest demo application:

1. Click Tools in the top pane of the iWay Service Manager Administration Console.

   

   The iWay Service Manager Tools pane opens.

   

2. In the left pane, select Applications under the Real-time section.

   The Applications pane opens, as shown in the following image.

   

3. Click addrest, which is the demo application that you recently deployed.

   The Addrest demo application opens in a new pop-up window, which enables you to provide a query string to find customer name and address, as well as other related information.

   

   You can also click the name of the application (addrest) in the title bar to view the application in full-screen mode.

4. Type a search string (for example, met) in the available field, and click Search.

   The following search results for the met search string are generated.

   

   The met search string is a partial string, which is sufficient to return a list of all customers employed by the Metropol company.

   The URL for the Addrest demo application is

   http://host:port/ism/enable/addrest

   where:

   host

   Is the host name of the machine where iWay Service Manager is available.

   port

   Is the port number on which iWay Service Manager is listening.

   You can run a search by supplying the URL, which identifies the Addrest demo application.
