Online Help Known Issue

Transformer provides two wizards and a comprehensive online Help system to assist you in designing and creating Transform and Ebix Entry projects.

The Transformer wizards include:

Transform Project Wizard, which guides you through the process of creating a Transform project.
Ebix Entry Project Wizard, which guides you through the process of creating an Ebix Entry project.

You can access online Help for Transformer. Help provides detailed procedures and information related to all aspects of creating a project for Transform or Ebix components.

Online Help Known Issue

If you are accessing iWay Transformer online Help using Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0, some of the navigation options in the help system may not function properly. This is caused by an automatic feature in Internet Explorer that blocks active content by default, as seen by the message that is displayed in the following image.

As a workaround, click the message, and select Allow Blocked Content from the context menu, as shown in the following image.
