This chapter describes the installation instructions for z/OS.

The Read-Only Adapter for IDMS is available for the z/OS batch and TSO interactive environments. The adapter can be run under the IDMS Central Version or in Local Mode.

The Read/Write Adapter for IDMS is available to support the SQL option of IDMS.
