The custom rules were not found while creating an entire rule file for Resource Governor. Check GKECR on disk or the custom name in SMPRL for availability.
EDA36004 CANNOT GRANT PRIVILEGE ON RESOURCE GOVERNOR TABLE
Grant statement against a Resource Governor system table failed. Check the installation output listing for specifics.
EDA36005 A DATE PARAMETER WAS INVALID. SM NOT UPDATED.
The format expected for the parameter was 'YYYYMMDD' for year, month, and day of month.
EDA36006 A THRESHOLD PARAMETER WAS INVALID. SM NOT UPDATED.
An integer value was expected as a threshold value, and the Resource Governor SMPARAMETER table cannot be updated.
EDA36007 A VALUE OF '0' OR '1' WAS EXPECTED, NO UPDATE.
An invalid off or on value was passed to Resource Governor.
EDA36008 INVALID DATABASE ENGINE
Enter a valid target database such as DB2, SQLDS, SQLORA, etc.
EDA36009 INVALID DBSPACE.TBSPACE
Enter a valid database and table space combination or just a valid table space.
EDA36010 CANNOT SET OWNERID
The SQL SET OWNERID command failed with the owner id supplied. Check valid owner ids and parameter specified in GKESET.
EDA36011 RESOURCE GOVERNOR NOT INSTALLED, AN SQL COMMAND FAILED
Check the output listing of the GKEINST install procedure for the specific command.
EDA36012 RESOURCE GOVERNOR NOT INSTALLED, CREATE TABLES FAILED
Installation procedure GKEINST failed while attempting to create Resource Governor system or collection tables. Check the output listing and the parameters in GKESET.

The SET SQLENGINE command failed with the engine name supplied. Check the parameter specified in GKESET.

The TYPE parameter passed to GKERULE is supposed to be an 'E' for elapsed time or 'C' for CPU time used while making rules.

Govern was not turned on for a table because there are no collection records for the name in tbname.
