Maintaining a Schedule

As a ReportCaster administrator, you can edit, delete, copy (clone), or run any existing schedule at any time by performing the following steps:

  1. From the ReportCaster Development and Administration window, select the user who owns the schedule you want to edit, delete, clone, or run. The right pane of the interface displays the schedules owned by the selected user, the job description for each schedule, and the next run time of each schedule.

    Note: If you are not a ReportCaster administrator, you can only edit, delete, clone, or run a schedule that you own.

  2. Select the schedule you want to edit, delete, clone, or run (for example, Financial Analysis).

    Note: You can select multiple schedules to edit, delete, or run in a single session, but you can only clone one schedule at a time.
