Do not specify default variable values in a Managed Reporting procedure (FEX) used to create a Saved Parameter report.

Because of the order in which a report is processed, when you run a Saved Parameter report, it will use the default value in the Standard Report from which it was created rather than the default value in the Saved Parameter report.
