A domain can be configured to restrict users from creating or accessing My Reports from Dashboard by selecting the Restrict My Reports domain property option. When a domain is restricted, this restriction applies to all users, including MR Administrators.

Note:

• The Restrict My Reports domain property setting is only available to MR Administrators.
• The Managed Reporting Applet Interface does not support this domain option.

MR Administrators can access and manage all My Reports (belonging to any user), including those in a restricted domain, from the User Management interface.

My Reports that are Saved Parameter Reports or a My Report created from a Reporting Object contain references to the Standard Report or Reporting Object from which they were created. When copying or moving these reports, you must consider these references. An MR Administrator can manage My Report references to Standard Reports and Reporting Objects from the My Reports Properties option.
