Hello, this video walks you through the View tab. The view tab provides access to report design viewing properties and options.

Highlight Design group
You can use the Show/Hide group to choose different viewing options while working with reports and output. The ruler and grid buttons allow you to show or hide the rulers and grids in the output. You can use the Resources button to minimize the Resources Panel and expand the size of the Results Panel.

The Data Panel group enables you to display data source fields in the Data panel using logical, list, and structured views. All three views have the common options for displaying each data source field as a Title, Description, or Field Name. The logical view sorts the data sources as a hierarchy. The list view sorts the data sources as a list. And the structured view sorts the data sources based on data source groups.

The Query panel group enables you to select different views for the query design pane.

In the Output Window group, you can use the Arrange button to change the display of multiple output windows. You can use the Output Location button to select tab or window wise how the output will be displayed. You can use the Switch Output button to view any active output window.

You can use the Switch Report button to switch between multiple reports.
