The following requirements are needed only for a remote installation of the Apex components.

• The user logged into the client machine executing the setup must be a domain administrator and the SQL Server host must be in the same domain.
• The client machine must be able to access the hostname\c$ hidden share on the SQL Server host.
• The SQL Server or Windows authenticated account must be a system administrator.
