When working on complex projects, people need to share files as they take parts in different parts of the project. All team members need to have an overview of what changes has been made, when and by whom, keeping track of updates and recent changes, have the opportunity to backup older versions in case they have to go back to a previous state and also to deploy the project on testing and production servers.

SVN and CVS plug-ins are integrated. General features of the SVN plug-in are quite similar to the features of the CVS plug-in. Both include browsing the remote repository, sharing a project to the repository and checking out projects from repository, synchronizing projects to see incoming and outgoing changes and committing, updating, reverting and merging changes.
