Note: WebFOCUS Client Release 8.0 Version 08 with Reporting Server Release 8.0 Version 08M supports up to Internet Explorer 10. To make iDP version 9.0.1/9.0.1T work with Internet Explorer 11, you must change the Browser Mode to Internet Explorer 10 (the final release version of IE11 provides the ability to switch browser modes from the Emulation tab in the developer tools), as mentioned in the following steps:

1. Press the F12 key to open Developer Tools in IE11.
2. Navigate to the Emulation Tab to change browser modes.
3. Change the Browser Mode to IE10.
4. Do not close the developer tools after changing the Browser Mode.

If iWay Data Profiler Version 9.0.1/9.0.1T is not installed under the <ibihome>/apps path, then the application should not be named idp. Provide another name for the application (besides idp).

1. Click Applications from the menu bar.
2. Select Application Directories and expand the idp application folder.
3. In the left pane, right-click idp_global and select Open from the context menu.

   The Edit Procedure as Text pane opens, as shown in the following image.

   

   By default, the APP PREPENDPATH parameter is set to IDP. Replace this value with the application mapping name used while mapping the idp application.

   Note: The application mapping name that is entered must be in upper case.

4. Click Save.

To support iWay Data Profiler in WebFOCUS Release 8.0 Version 08M, the following settings must be made:

1. Select Workspace from the menu bar.
2. Select Configuration/Monitor, expand Configuration Files, and double-click Workspace - edaserve.cfg.

   The Edit Server Configuration page opens (<ibi-home>\srv80\wfs\bin\edaserve.cfg).

3. Add the following setting to the end of the existing code:
