  1. When is the iTPM schema created?

    The iTPM schema is created the first time iWay Service Manager (iSM) is started and if iTPM does not find any tables.

  2. Why is the iTPM Web application slow?

    The TPM Web application is only slow the first time it is being run because it downloads static files from the server. After the first time being run, the iTPM Web application is faster.

  3. Can authentication against LDAP be performed, instead of iTPM-provided authentication?

    Yes, authentication against LDAP can be performed.

  4. What are the Web browser requirements for the iTPM Web application?

    Currently, Firefox 2.1 and higher or Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher are supported. JavaScript and cookies must be enabled. Support for the Chrome and Safari Web browsers is planned for a future release.

  5. Is iTPM an iWay Service Manager console application?

    No, iTPM is not an iWay Service Manager console application. It is an application running on top of HTTP.

  6. Can iTPM be secured using SSO?

    Currently, securing iTPM using the SSO solution has not been tested. If necessary, this option can be tested for a future release.

  7. Why is HSQL not supported as an in-memory database?

    HSQL is not supported because HSQL does not currently support transaction functionality. HSQL version 2.0 supports transaction functionality, but it is currently not a GA release.
