This appendix describes how to implement basic iEI authentication. This appendix is meant to show the capabilities of the iWay Enterprise Index package as it is distributed. As described here, they provide minimal security and flexibility.

Note: This basic authentication sample can be implemented only in the Adapter Manager console, not in the Service Manager console.
