Click on Create Users, Groups and Roles in the Home page, as shown in the following image. This module is available only for users with administrator privilege.

It includes user name, first name, last name, group ID, and role ID.

It also includes an Edit icon and Delete icon to edit and delete the user account, as well as a Create User button to create a new user.
