This step compiles source data of the UIR-ADR into a format readable by the Address Identifier step.

The address identification suite relies on synonyms defined for each address component separately (e.g., streets named like 'Boó/4eny Nmcovhc)', 'Nmcovhc)', 'B. Nmcovhc)' etc. are unified under a common name 'Nmcovhc)'). This unification is a two step process consisting of partial and full replacement - for a detailed description see the ValueReplacer step.
