You can delete, cut, copy, and paste sections from the canvas. The Clipboard group is shown in the following image.

The commands are:

Delete

Deletes your selection.

Cut

Cuts your selection.

Copy

Copies your selection.

Paste

Pastes from your clipboard to the designated area.
