Two files are required for using IEDIT. They are distributed
as members of the FOCCTL.DATA data set, and must be copied to a
library in the concatenation of data sets allocated to DDNAME SYSPROC.
FOCIESTL. This
is a macro that enables the RUN command and determines where in
the file the editor is positioned.
FOCIERUN. This
is a macro that processes the RUN command.
