MSIDTR: Userid translation.
MSCXUID: Supply CICS userid.
MSUSRXT: MSO initialization and termination exit.
MSVTXT: Parse VTAM Text logon string.
SSUSRACT: Account field validation (VTAM only).
MSSMFXT: Customize SMF records.
MSCXWRT: Customize CICS termination processing.
FOCUSID: Set the FOCUS DBA password.
