FOCUS can be downloaded from an online library or installed from a distribution cartridge. All FOCUS cartridges that you receive are one of two types:
They are unlabeled 3480 or 3490 cartridges in VMFPLC2 format. You unload them onto the maintenance disk by following the instructions in Basic Installation.
Note: If you are using any of the optional data adapters listed in Features and Components, you must reinstall these data adapters after installing a new release of FOCUS.
